Amazon Smile St. Peter's Catholic Soles Walk Once again this year we are going to be walking as a school to raise money and celebrate Catholic school education. Our walk will take place this Saturday October 16th at 10am. There is still time to donate to this fundraiser! By using the link below you can donate to our fundraiser through the Archdiocese website. So far we have raised $2,350 through online donations. The Archdiocese will match these donations up to $5,000. Thank you everyone who has donated and who plans to join us in our walk this weekend! Soles Walk Donations Family Pumpkin Carving St. Peter's School is hosting a pumpkin carving event for our families on Friday October 22nd from 6-8pm. The cost to participate is $5 per family to help cover the cost of pumpkins, drinks, and snacks. All carving supplies are provided. We hope that you are able to join us for a night of family fun! Please turn in your sign up form by Oct. 20th so we have enough supplies for everyone. Parent/Teacher Conferences Conferences will be held on Thursday October 28th from 3-7pm. All families should have received a sign-up link from their classroom teachers to select a time. It is up to the parents discretion on whether your child attends conferences with you. Let the teacher or school office know if you are unable to attend conferences on this night and we will do our best to accommodate a different day. Trunk or Treat We are unable to go trick or treating at the nursing home this year so we thought it would be fun to host our own event at St. Peter's to help the students celebrate Halloween! We are inviting all parents and parishioners to join us on Friday October 29th at 10:30am for Trunk or Treat. Anyone attending is asked to hand out candy (nut free) or small gift bags for the students out of their trunks. Students will be dressed in costumes for this event. Call the school office with any questions. Our students had a blast at the pumpkin farm today! Look for more pictures of the fun on our Facebook page! Comments are closed.
