![]() My apologies on the delay of this weekly newsletter. We were prepping for Fish Fry much of the day yesterday and then when I sat down to do the newsletter we were having internet issues so I was unable to complete it. Huge thank you to everyone who ordered a fish fry last night! I hope you enjoyed it and can join us next Friday February 26th for our next Fish Fry To Go Dinner. Order forms were sent home in red folders yesterday and can be turned in until next Wednesday. Thank you so much for the support! MAPS Testing We will be sending home MAPS testing scores with students in grades K-8 next Wednesday. Please remember that these tests are helpful at seeing a glimpse of how students are performing, but they are only a small piece of the whole picture. If you have any specific questions about the results feel free to reach out to me at anytime. Open House: We have re-scheduled our open house for this Sunday February 21st from 10:30am-12pm for new and prospective families. Teachers will be available to answer questions and give a school tour. Current families who refer new families as well as all new families will receive a St. Peter's Swag bag! Thank you for spreading the word! School Choice Registration Wisconsin School Choice Registration has begun and runs through April 15th. Current families please be sure to register for next year asap. If you need any help with this or have any questions feel free to call the school office. Also, this is a great time to spread the word to neighbors and friends about how amazing St. Peter's School is! School Choice is available for students in grades K4-8th grade for those families that qualify. If you would like more information or know someone who does, please have them call us at 262.642.5533. Temperature Checks We have decided to suspend afternoon temperature checks for students. Parents have been amazing about keeping students who aren't feeling well home from school and we feel that this is a process that is no longer necessary. Should a student feel sick at any point during the day we will temperature check them immediately. We will continue with morning temperature checks just as a way of ensuring the safety of all students and staff entering the building. On a more personal note, my husband and I made an exciting announcement this last weekend and I wanted to share it with all of you! Sincerely, Megan Sagat Comments are closed.
