We are excited to share the new income eligibility chart for the 2022-2023 school year. We understand that in the past, many of the families in our community were not able to enroll their students in a private school due to income restraints, but School Choice has helped to make that a possibility. Above are the income requirements for School Choice and I urge our families and parishioners to share this information with anyone who wants to attend our school. For any family that is above these income limits, The Angel Fund is a tuition assistance program supported by our Parish that is also available for families who may still need assistance in order to attend our school. Please call the school office if you have any questions about these available programs. St. Peter's School Spirit Wear We are excited to announce the Grand Opening of our official online St. Peter's School spirit wear store. Choose from hundreds of designs and garments that are delivered to your home in days! To celebrate the grand opening, use code SPIRIT313-FS to receive 25% off and get free shipping on orders over $25. Shop at St. Peter's Spirit Wear All School Mass Our students will be participating in an all school mass this week focused on the topic of kindness. We hope that you are able to join us in celebrating mass at 9am on Thursday. Kindness Week Update We had planned Kindness Week for the month of February, however we had to make a last minute change to the schedule. We are still planning on celebrating kindness week after Spring Break so stay posted for updates. Thank you St. Peter's School for contributing to the Lake Beulah 4-H Club plastic bag collection. We just picked up the first container full the other day which added up to 9 lbs. which does not sound like a lot but it is certainly a great deal of bags. Your contribution will certainly help us reach our goal of at least 500 lbs. of plastic by July 1st. Thank you and keep the bags coming :) Hello St. Peter's Families!
On January 14th I came home from my other teaching job and didn't feel so good. My husband realized I was not acting right, so he did a stroke check on me and I failed. He took me to the emergency room at the Greenwald Hospital and found out that I did in fact have a stroke. They gave me emergency medicine for strokes and sent me by ambulance to Waukesha Memorial Hospital. There I was put in ICU for several days because my blood pressure was crazy and my breathing kept stopping every time I fell asleep. After a few days I was stable and moved to a regular room. Unfortunately, I was tested for COVID and tested positive, so I had to stay in quarantine for 10 days. Once my quarantine time was done, I was moved to the Rehabilitation Hospital of Wisconsin. This place is awesome and I am getting the care I need to recover. I am getting Physical Therapy for 3 hours every day and I am making progress. I am only allowed one visitor, so I have been able to see my husband every day. It has been hard not being able to see my kids, I have not been able to see the them in almost a month. All of the staff at both Waukesha Memorial and the Rehabilitation Hospital of Wisconsin are amazing and so kind. I appreciate all of your well wishes and prayers, please keep them coming! You have no idea how much I miss everyone at St. Peter's and I cannot wait to be back. Thank you for all the cards and prayers! Nancy Bezak I am excited to announce that after three days of enrollment starting we already have 8 students enrolled for next year! We are off to a great start and looking forward to seeing all our students smiling faces and some new faces next year!
