Thank you for your generosity. - The Treehouse Committee Catholic Soles Walk Every year the Archdiocese of Milwaukee hosts a walk for all of the Catholic Schools to participate in. In prior years we did not attend due to the location of the walk and the distance it was from our community. However, this year they have decided to take the walk virtual! St. Peter's School has received permission to do our own walk in our community on that day! Therefore we are pleased to invite you to join St. Peter's Catholic Soles Walk on Saturday October 17th beginning at 10am in our parking lot! Please register using the link below! All donations received will be matched $1 for $1 by this years Soles Walk sponsors, up to $5000. The classroom that earns the most donations will also receive a pizza party! Register and donate today using the link below. Catholic Soles Walk Tie Dye As a school wide activity we are going to be tie dying t-shirts on Wednesday October 30th. We are hoping to make this a fun way to get the students excited about the walk. You are welcome to bring in your own white shirt or have the school purchase one for you. We are hoping to have every student participate in this activity. Please reach out to the school office if this creates a financial hardship for your family, we will do what we can to make sure your child is able to participate in this fun event! Parent Advisory Council Meeting Our first PAC Meeting will be Monday September 28th at 6:30pm. This is an important committee that helps guide decision making on policies and procedures throughout the school year. If you are interested in being part of this committee please reach out to me or the school office. Picture Day Picture day is scheduled for Monday October 5th. Order forms were sent home in red folders and contain more information about picture packages that are available. If you need another form for any reason please reach out to the school office or your child's teacher. Mask Mandate Due to the Governor's most recent mandate, all students and staff will be required to wear a mask until November 21st. We are doing our best as a school community to be sure that students are given opportunities throughout the day to have mask breaks. Students are not required to wear masks at recess, lunch, or when participating in outdoor educational activities. Cold Lunch Please remember that students are no longer able to use the microwave to warm up their lunch from home. Also, we are a nut free school, so there should be no nut products packed in their lunches. If you have any questions about this, please reach out to the school office. Bus Students We are excited to let you know that our bus students have began arriving at school before the start of the school day. We appreciated your patience as we worked with the bus company through these new procedures.
