I wanted to make you aware that the ETSD sent out an email yesterday stating that they have no confirmed cases in the school district. St. Peter's would like to echo that sentiment, as of now there are no confirmed cases in our school community that we have been made aware of at this time. I will remain in constant contact with you throughout all of this so that everyone is aware of any changes that may come up. Within the email they also stated that all school district buildings and grounds will be closed until further notice. This includes the tennis courts, skate park, and playgrounds. St. Peter's is still going to have our first set of double doors open for drop off and pick up of materials at this time. However, our playground will also be closed until further notice.
As we continue our work from home, please be aware that each family has their own set of needs and we are doing our best to accommodate. The teachers have been working hard this week setting up Google Classrooms for the middle school students. Make sure that students are logging in everyday and completing necessary assignments. For our younger students we are asking parents to continue to check in everyday with the teacher so that we are able to take attendance for the day. Thank you for your continued efforts during this time. Next week Wednesday red folders will be available for pick up and will contain the students third quarter report cards. Grades can also be viewed online through Powerschool if you prefer. Please reach out to the school office if you are in need of new login information for Powerschool. Per the Governor's order we will not be returning to school until Monday, April 27th. Unless the order is lifted sooner. Updates will be provided as I have them. We are going to keep our Spring Break from April 6th-April 13th. Please reach out with any questions or concerns you may have. I am grateful for the hard work that both the teachers and parents have done over the last few weeks. Keep up the great work and stay healthy! Sincerely, Megan Prudom Comments are closed.
