After School Program
Have a doctor appointment? Need to go grocery shopping? Just need extra time?
St. Peter's School offers a very flexible after school care program to all students. The program runs from 2:45pm - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday. Students will be given the opportunity to complete homework assignments. Students can attend the program every day or on an as needed basis. We request a schedule be turned in prior to the first day of the month to ensure proper staffing. Students will report directly to the classroom downstairs by the cafeteria after the bell rings at the end of the school day. Parents picking up children should ring the doorbell at entrance 3 and the after school care teacher will let you in.
Cost
The cost is $6.00 per hour for the first child, and $4.00 per hour for each additional child. We charge by the quarter hours, according to the sign out sheet, unless it is a drop-in. Drop-ins will be charged a minimum of one hour.
We request that all families provide at least 24-hour notice for when your child(ren) will need after school care. Should your family need drop-in care (less than 24 hour notice), rates will be $10.00 per hour for the first child, and $8.00 per hour for each additional child.
Invoices will be sent out the first Wednesday of each month. Please look for your invoice in your child's red folder. Invoices will be due within 30 days of receipt.
First Time
If your child is attending the program for the first time, please contact the school office in order to have them placed on the roster for the day. If your child is in the elementary grades, please let your child's teacher know in the morning that your son/daughter will be reporting to the after school program.
